Carrier: Shipments within Canada ship via Canada Post or Fed Ex. Shipments going to the US are sent weekly/bi-monthly via freight to NJ where they are shipped via UPS Ground.

International: Please contact us for shipping rates on International orders

Delivery Time: For Canada, in stock orders ship within 5 business days. Delivery time is usually 3 days after that. US orders are subject to the next available freight to the US (usually no more that 2 weeks).

Packaging: Vacuum packed to keep shipping costs down. This does not harm the products in any way

Custom/Back Orders: We frequently replenish our stock, however, please allow at least 8 weeks for delivery of custom and contact us for delivery times of back ordered products

Customs and Taxes: Customs and taxes are included in price (really)!
