Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Shipping in Canada (not including territories) and to the U.S. (48 states) is free for orders over $75 exclusive of taxes; Otherwise, there is a flat fee of $9.95. International orders are subject to a flat fee of $14.95. 

Who do you use to ship?
Shipments within Canada ship via Canada Post or Fed Ex. Shipments to the U.S. are via UPS. International shipments ship via Canada Post International Surface. Tracking number will be provided via email.

When will I receive my order?
Shipping within Canada
In stock orders ship within 3-5 business days. We ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote regions but additional shipping fees apply and will be added to your order total. Please contact us at orders[at]omhome[dot]com for shipping rates.
 
Shipping to the U.S.
We are a Canadian company and we ship to the U.S. via freight (so we can offer free shipping and manage customs for your). Our freight crosses the border weekly, and once in the U.S. we courier by UPS. 
 
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii but additional shipping fees apply and will be added to your order total. Please contact us at orders[at]omhome[dot]com for shipping rates.
 
Please note: Depending on freight scheduling, U.S. orders could take up to 2 weeks to arrive. 
 
Shipping Internationally
There is a flat fee of $14.95 for all orders in Europe. International orders are subject to additional import charges from your country. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Please note, orders may realistically take up to 7 weeks to arrive. For express orders, please contact us at orders[at]omhome[dot]com for shipping rates.

Express Shipping
If you wish to have your order sooner, we can arrange express shipping. Express orders to the U.S. may be subject to customs fees though we are able to ship under NAFTA. Please contact us at orders[at]omhome[dot]com for a shipping quote.

 


Returns, Exchanges, Defective Products, and Cancellations
90-Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) and original packaging within 90 days of purchase. Upon inspection of goods, we’ll refund your credit card or PayPal account, issue a credit, or send you another colour, new size, or an entirely different product. However, all sale items are final.
 
If you are expecting, you may return any OM baby item within 60 days after your baby’s birth, provided the item is in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) and original packaging.
 
Defective Products
We are committed to quality products. If you have received a defective product, please contact us directly at 647-343-1564 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or via email to orders[at]omhome[dot]com. Please report any defective products within 30 days of receipt.
 
Cancellations
If a shipping label has not been created for your order, we will gladly cancel your order and issue you a full refund. If the shipping label has already been created you will receive  a notification and/or your order status will be updated.
 
How do I make a return?
1. Log in to your account at www.omhome.com, or create a new account if you checked out as a guest (your order information will be linked to your new account).
 
2. View your order using the "Completed Orders" link under the “My Account” menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
 
3. Once we have been notified about the return, we will contact you directly.

Please do not return merchandise until we have contacted you and sent you a shipping label. Return shipping is absolutely free for orders over $75 within Canada and the U.S. For international orders and orders under $75, you are responsible for return shipping charges and your original flat fee for shipping will not be refunded.
 
How long will it take to process a refund?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed. 
 
Why is my refund more/less then the original amount I paid?
All of our orders and returns are processed in USD and therefore, the currency may fluctuate depending on the exchange for that day. We are not in control of the currency exchange rates and will process your return in USD.
